熱水鍋爐軟化水設(shè)備一般采用陽離子交換樹脂，去除水中的Ca2+、Mg2+。我們在對熱水鍋爐進(jìn)行軟化處理時，當(dāng)樹脂長時間吸收鈣鎂離子之后，需要再生。在安裝熱水鍋爐軟化水設(shè)備時，應(yīng)該注意以下細(xì)節(jié)問題，來確保設(shè)備正常運(yùn)作。

　　①排污管不裝閥門，長度應(yīng)不大于6米，出口需低于閥體，避免虹吸現(xiàn)象。

　　②現(xiàn)場除了有鍋爐軟化水設(shè)備外，還應(yīng)具備一個220伏特電源。

　　③進(jìn)水口水壓應(yīng)該大于0點(diǎn)15兆帕，如低于此值，需要采取相應(yīng)措施。

　　④應(yīng)對管道添加受力支撐，避免控制閥受力。
